IBEW Local 220 was notified this morning by *Vistra Energy that they will be combining the two companies, Vistra and Dynegy. AT this point in time the merger does not look to have any effect on the Local 220 members at Comanche Peak. The union will be following the merger closely to monitor any possible changes.
